Prayer for Healing

Come Holy Spirit, come into my wounded and troubled heart. Heal the intimate wounds that have caused me physical illness. Go deep into my memory, beginning with my earliest years, and heal the hurts that caused me emotional and spiritual wounds, so that nothing that has happened to me will cause me to remain in pain, anguish, or filled with anxiety. 

Help me to forgive anyone who has caused these wounds, including myself. Make me aware of the damage my wounds or actions have caused in any relationships, past and present. Grant me the grace to reconcile with those I have hurt. 

Lord Jesus, grant me your merciful forgiveness. I offer you my heart, Lord. Accept it and purify it. Bring it into union with your Divine Heart. Make me a witness to your living presence. 

Mother Mary, pray for me. 

Guardian Angel, guide me.

All you Holy Angels and Saints, pray for me.
